Our two and three bedroom apartments offer spacious floor plans. In addition, there is a laundry facility, gas heat and water, electric ranges and refrigerators, carports, a playground and a Community Center for our residents. Our apartments are energy efficient. Rents at this community range from $450 to $550 for our two bedrooms and $500 to $590 for our three bedrooms.
