SPACES TO GATHER & CONNECT
All residents are welcome to enjoy the community room, a shared space designed for connection, convenience, and care. It features comfortable seating areas, a computer lab, and a fitness center, all open 24 hours a day to fit your schedule.

The room may also be reserved for private gatherings or celebrations with a refundable $50 deposit, returned after the event if no damage occurs.

SECURE, THOUGHTFUL LIVING
Masqueray Lofts offers controlled building access to help residents feel safe and at ease. Each tenant receives a key card for entry when doors are locked.

Main entry doors are unlocked Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and secured on weekends, providing added peace of mind while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

A COMMUNITY THAT CARES
Masqueray Lofts is more than just an apartment building; it’s a place where neighbors look out for one another.

Our shared food pantry is available to any resident in need, and tenants are welcome to contribute unopened, shelf-stable items they don’t need.

A community clothing closet is also available, offering a way to both receive support and give back when you’re able.
