Preservation is a core part of our mission. We actively invest in the communities we own and manage to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and affordable for the households who call them home. Through strategic planning, ongoing maintenance, capital improvements, and responsible property management, we work to protect affordable housing resources that might otherwise be lost to aging infrastructure, market pressures, or redevelopment.

We have obtained SPl-HUD Green Organizational Accreditation. By adhering to these standards for energy efficiency, water conservation and sustainable construction, we ensure healthy, sustainable living environments for residents in the communities we serve.
